Tim Frodsham
Tim is an Environmental Professional with18 years of experience in the development, mining, oil and gas sectors, with projects in Indonesia dating back to 1994.
Tim has
extensive offshore managerial and advisory experience, a comprehensive
knowledge of ISO14001 environmental management standards, including permitting,
approvals, and
regulation assessments, with 11 + years involvement experience in resources and
infrastructure, combined with strong management experience. He speaks several languages, including Bahasa Indonesia. He has developed and implemented
Construction Environmental Management Plans and Environmental Impact Assessments
for the Oil and Gas, Gold, Uranium, and Coal sectors, both in Australia and Indonesia. He has more than 11 years’ experience as an
environmental professional in a heavy industry environment, and has expertise
in managing contractors, consultants, and stakeholders in a variety of projects
both in Indonesia, as well as Australia. These Greenfield and Brownfield projects have
ranged in value from 120 million to 32 billion dollars. Tim‘s management
approach is one of direct and practical solutions and focused communication,
encouraging continuous HSE improvement, in all of which has executed effective management
of environmental permits and approvals and on ground management for compliance
and quality.
Frances Barns
Frances has twelve
years of international development management experience including extensive
experience as external evaluator, team leader, project manager, adviser and evaluator of international development projects. Her excellent
understanding of the rural sector in Indonesia encompasses key issues across a
broad range of commodities relating to genetics, agronomy, crop protection,
post-harvest management, agribusiness, value chain analysis, marketing and trade,
sustainability certifications systems. PPPs, agricultural policy development,
infrastructure, extension services, impact assessment, communication
strategies, and gender. She has an-depth
understanding of economics in a development context, with specialist knowledge
of economic issues in Southeast Asia. She has exceptional
communication, interpersonal and conflict resolution skills, and high level abilities in strategic planning and program development. Other skills include expertise in capacity building, mentoring and training, research management, socio-economic research, and survey design and
management.
